Utilizing the same muffler as its B58 siblings the G30 540i exhaust improves exhaust flow by reducing back pressure, resulting in increased power output and a great sporty sound that is civilized when you want it to be, and pleasantly aggressive under hard acceleration. Not only is the tone improved but the additional burbles and pops that also accompany it are simply intoxicating. While on the exterior the sound may be viewed as aggressive the inside of the cabin is still civil courtesy of an incorporated Helmholtz chamber design that reduces resonance or'drone' at low RPM.
While sound is of the utmost importance for any exhaust system the fit and finish are nearly equally as vital. The system is built to exacting specifications to ensure perfect fit using the factory hangers and is made from 100% 16 gauge 304 stainless steel that will resist corrosion for years to come. What is most different about the 540i system however is a completely new tip design from anything Dinan has done prior. The use of twin, massive quadrilateral, black ceramic coated and engraved angled tips are hard not to to take notice of. With over 8' of width and 4' of height per tip, the rear of the 540i assumes a more aggressive demeanor with the Dinan exhaust system. A high-performance look that marries well with the tonal makeover.

We do not accept cash, personal checks, or COD orders.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it may be needed in the future. Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us due to being provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee in addition to any and all costs associated with reclamation and reshipment.

Shipping
Same Day Shipping: Same-day shipping is available for orders placed and completed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders completed outside this time-frame may be shipped same-day subject to our ability and discretion.
Out-of-Stock Orders: If an order is completed for an out-of-stock item, the customer will receive a notification email giving them the option cancel the order, request a refund for the out-of-stock item, or continue with their order, as placed, even though delivery will be delayed.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $49.00 or more, before taxes or fees, automatically qualify for free shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to normal shipping rates.
International Shipping: International orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS International. These carriers may partner with other shipping companies within the destination country for final delivery.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on a pre-approval basis. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number and be in its original packaging. The product must be unused, unaltered, and unchanged from its original state. Returned merchandise that does not meet these criteria may be refused or, at our discretion, accepted and subject to an additional handling fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special order and/or non-stock items.
Orders that are approved for return after 30 days from original delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns from international orders will require an RMA and will be subject to 40% restocking fee.
